Everyone. We want you to be a part of this movement, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, and so on. Our goal is not to simply sell clothing; our goal is to promote safe and healthy sexual experiences in all communities. Our clothing is designed to be gender-neutral, casual, and worn by all. What kind of bracelet is it? What does it look like?

Can I order a custom size?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer custom sizing at this time due to production restraints. However, we are offering widest range of sizes as our manufacturers can produce. Do you ship outside of the US?

How much is shipping?

What do I say if someone asks what my shirt means?
We want you to feel comfortable wearing your Let’s Be Clear product at all times, under any circumstances. As with any type of graphic apparel, you may be asked questions about the statements on your clothing. We recognize that some of the discourse surrounding this topic can be uncomfortable. You should never feel obligated to engage in any sort of conversation that makes you feel agitated or distressed. However, we do hope that you choose to proudly wear our products. If people ask you about the message you are wearing, think of it as an educational opportunity to further the Let’s Be Clear mission! Can I opt-out of the bracelet and sticker included with my reward level?

How will the funds be used? Is Let’s Be Clear for-profit or not-for-profit?
We are legally registered as a for-profit company. We did a lot of soul searching when considering how to register, and there are a few reasons we eventually chose for-profit. First, profit allows us to focus on maximizing our earnings from clothing sales in order to allocate the greatest possible amount of money to our education efforts. Second, there are a number of regulations governing the operation of not-for-profits - all of which exist for important reasons. In the case of Let’s Be Clear, however, these regulations would limit the money we could earn from clothing sales, as relying too heavily on income-generating activity can cause issues for a tax-exempt not-for-profit. Thirdly, because of these limitations on income-generating, most not-for-profits must rely on an ever-dwindling supply of grants. Most organizations rely on these grants and have no access to an income supply. We do, and therefore have no interest in taking that money away from other valuable organizations. We assure you that, despite what our for-profit status might suggest, all sale proceeds are used for the direct benefit of our community education endeavors. Money goes toward workshop supplies, product donations, and labor fees for the people who make this work possible. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
